Various activities will be implemented, including meetings and gifts for 3,000 workers facing difficulties, the “Ticket of Love” program providing free bus tickets for workers to return home ahead of Tet, and the “Spring Train” program offering free train tickets to bring 500 outstanding worker families back to their hometowns.

The Ho Chi Minh Municipal Labor Federation will organize a gift-giving program at Dam Sen Cultural Park for nearly 22,000 worker families. Additionally, they will host a program to provide essential items, allowing workers to shop for Tet either in-person or online. Furthermore, the federation will visit and extend Tet greetings to units, businesses, and families facing special difficulties.

Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh Municipal Labor Federation Pham Chi Tam stated that due to the challenging economic situation, many workers will stay in the city on Tet instead of returning to their hometowns. The Municipal Labor Federation will guides higher-level organizations to directly connect with grassroots units to understand the laborers' situations. This pro-active approach aims to provide timely support and ensure that workers enjoy a warm and meaningful Tet holiday.
