Meaningful experience gained via military semester

Students joining the military semester receive certificates from the organizing panel.

During the program, 81 students in the locality were equipped with unarmed line-up regulations, educated about traditions of the unit and the military, studied the ten oaths and 12 discipline regulations of the military, trained in 16 martial arts movements, to name but a few.

Besides, they were also instructed on how to fold blankets and arrange clothes; prevent drowning, and use of social media.

This year’s program attached much importance to rescue skills, gender education programs, and raised topics on youths’ ambitions and dreams, and the harm of e-cigarettes... so as to provide more knowledge for the participants.

In addition, the students also visited the unit’s hall of fame, youth construction works, watched martial art performances, and offered incense at Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam (known as the Temple of Literature) in Hanoi...

These activities provided them with necessary skills and helped promote solidarity. Meanwhile, writing activities about families helped them understand and love their family more.
