At the meetings, the unit’s leaders sent greetings to the followers, wishing them a happy Christmas 2023, while hoping that they would make further contribution to building and enhancing the military-civilian ties and great unity bloc, as well as the cause of national construction and protection.

The Ho Chi Minh City Military Command visits and offers gifts to local Catholic followers.

The delegations also took the occasion to inform the followers about the military and defense work as well as the Party and armed force building in Ho Chi Minh City this year. Accordingly, the unit has built six cultural and sports constructions, 26 military-civilian gratitude houses for needy followers, worth totally more than VND 2 billion.

In the time to come, the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command will promote their beautiful tradition and join hands with local authorities and armed forces to implement the Party’s guidelines and State’s laws and policies.

In addition, affiliate units and organs under the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command also sent 25 teams to visit and present gifts to religious institutions in the city, worth totally more than VND 200 million.
