Senior Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commanding Officer of the Da Nang Municipal Military Command, presided over the event.
For this deployment, the unit mobilized nearly 100 officers and soldiers specializing in construction. The force was tasked with strictly maintaining discipline and ensuring absolute safety during movement; upholding unity; pro-actively overcoming difficulties; and shortening construction time to complete housing repair support for residents of Dak Lak province before the Lunar New Year (Tet).

At the ceremony, Sr. Col. Tran Huu Ich emphasized that this noble and humanistic mission requires all officers and soldiers to demonstrate rapid responsiveness, mobility, and timely execution of tasks despite adverse weather and terrain. He reminded the force to assist local people effectively without causing inconvenience, in line with the motto of “soldiers are present where hardship exists.”
He urged them to promote responsibility, solidarity, discipline, and creativity, pro-actively implementing housing construction tasks to ensure sturdiness, durability, and timely completion. Every action must reflect the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, so people can feel the dedication, compassion, and credibility of the city’s armed forces. The goal is to complete and hand over all houses before January 20, 2026, ensuring that all households have safe houses for the Lunar New Year.
