Da Nang border guard returns lost property to foreign people

Non-commissioned Col. Ha Van Phuong returns the lost property to Wang Zelin.

Col. Phuong immediately prepared a report and informed his unit’s commanding officers in order to locate the owner of the lost property. Later that afternoon, Wang Zelin arrived at the Inland Waterway Port of Construction Project 15 and contacted the Border Control Station. After verifying his identity and confirming ownership, Col. Phuong returned the passport and mobile phone to him.

Upon receiving his lost document and belongings, Wang Zelin expressed his sincere gratitude to officers and soldiers of Son Tra Border Station, particularly Col. Phuong. The good deed of Col. Phuong has further beautified the images of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the hearts of local people and international visitors.
