These practical activities demonstrated troops’ gratitude to fallen soldiers, wounded and sick soldiers, and those who rendered good services to the revolution for their sacrifices and contribution. They were also to raise troops and young people’s awareness of former generations’ sacrifices and encourage them to fulfill assigned missions to firmly safeguard national sovereignty over sea and islands.
