PANO – The Vietnamese and Chinese coast guard forces have just concluded a joint patrol in the shared fishing grounds in the Gulf of Tonkin between Vietnam and China.
The patrol ended with success, contributing to affirming capabilities of the forces in handling arising issues at sea.
