Gifts to be shipped to troops and people in Truong Sa Island district

Accordingly, over 40 tons of fresh vegetables, fruit, VND 100 million in cash and other valuable items with a total value of VND 250 million will be directly handed over to the recipients. These are Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts from Lam Dong province’s businesses and individuals.

At the ceremony, on behalf of Truong Sa troops and islanders, Senior Colonel Phan Ngoc Quang, Deputy Political Commissar of Brigade 146 and Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Truong Sa Island district, thanked the donors for their deep sentiments and promised to bring these meaningful gifts to the recipients soon with safety.
