Border troops help Nghe An people overcome hailstorm consequences
PANO – On April 7, the Nam Can Border Post of the Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command inquired after and presented gifts to local people suffering from recent hailstorms and whirlwinds in Nam Can commune, Ky Son district.
Earlier on April 6, an hour-long hailstorm poured down on Ky Son’s Na Ngoi and Nam Can communes, ripping off roofs of local houses and destroying locals’ crops. Particularly, three houses of needy H’mong ethnic minority families were badly damaged.
