Border troops assist flood-hit people
PANO – 30 troops of the Nam Can International Border Gate Border Post under the Nghe An provincial Border Guard have helped people in flood-hit areas in Ky Son district, Nghe An province overcome flood consequences.

On July 22 and 23, the troops presented instant noodles and VND 3 million in cash to each household heavily affected by the recent floods.
Earlier on July 21, a flash flood swept away houses and property of local people in Canh, Nhan Cu and Nhan Ly villages in Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district.
Receiving the information, the border post immediately sent its troops to help locals overcome disaster consequences and stabilize their lives.
