PANO - Troops of Military Region 5 these days have been providing practical and substantial assistance, helping flood-hit people in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces stabilize their lives and production.
Besides financial supports, soldiers assisted locals in rebuild their houses, cleaning up the environment and providing them with free health check-ups and medicines, and more.
