The program, organized for the second time in Cao Bang province, is part of the seventh Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange, said Deputy Chief of the Department of Military Medicine Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Giang. Especially, it is to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the establishment of the military medicine sector (April 16, 1946 - 2022).

Senior Colonel Giang affirmed that the activity holds important meaning, contributing to the success of the seventh Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange while showing the military's responsibility and sentiments towards local people and authorities. Especially, people will have their samples taken for COVID-19 testing to soon detect SARS-CoV-2 so as to curb the spread of the pandemic in the locality.
