The two projects were implemented and completed in December, 2025, with a total investment of VND 180 million. Specifically, the “Border lights” project includes 26 lamp posts and 38 solar-powered lights, while the “National flag road” project consists of 140 flagpoles installed along the road.

The use of a solar-powered lighting system not only helps ensure security, safety, and convenience for the daily life and work of officers, soldiers, and local residents, but also demonstrates a spirit of thrift and environmental friendliness.

The “Border lights” project is not merely about illumination. It is also a symbol of knowledge and civilization, of faith and trust conveyed to the border guard soldiers who day and night safeguard national sovereignty and border security. At the same time, it contributes to supporting border communities in economic development, stabilizing livelihoods, and maintaining social order and safety.

The “National flag road” project is an affirmation of sacred national sovereignty, a symbol that connects willpower, belief, and national pride, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and determination to build and firmly defend the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The completion and handover of the two projects carried profound political and social significance, demonstrating the attention, responsibility, and affection of Centre 286 as well as participating units, enterprises, and local authorities toward officers, soldiers, and residents in the border areas of Dong Nai province.

Through these efforts, the close bonds between local authorities, enterprises, the armed forces, and the people have been further strengthened, while awareness of defense and security tasks has been promoted, contributing to the building of the whole-people defense disposition and people’s security posture, and to firmly safeguarding the Fatherland in the new situation.
