The information was announced by Lieutenant Colonel Dang Hong Linh, Political Commissar of Ban Giang Border Post of the Ha Tinh provincial Border Guard Command.

Despite harsh weather conditions, more than 30 troops of Ban Giang Border Post with a high sense of responsibility assisted Huong Lien commune repair 200km of irrigation canal and wire fence and Huong Lam commune clear bushes along rural roads, repair 700m fence, and concrete 370m of an inter-hamlet road.

Notably, the unit has advised Huong Lien commune to build 820m semi-permanent fence in wet rice field of the Chut ethnic group in Rao Tra hamlet, Huong Lien district.

In the coming time, Ban Giang Border Post will continue helping local authorities to soon meet all new-style rural area standards.
