Thanks to the efforts, local fishermen’s awareness of and responsibility in managing and safeguarding national sovereignty over national sea and islands and maintaining security and order in sea border areas have been heightened.

As a result, fishermen in many localities have strictly observed regulations on fishing at sea, contributing to ending illegal fishing in foreign waters.
