Youths gather to clean up beach
PANO – The Da Nang municipal Border Guard troops, in association with the Lien Chieu district’s youth union chapter, launched voluntary programs entitled “Clean up the beach” and “Green Sunday,” on March 21, at the Kim Lien residential area in Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city.

Particularly, nearly 100 youth union members of the Da Nang municipal border guard unit and Lien Chieu district’s Youth Union collected rubbish and cleaned up the Kim Lien beach in Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city.
Moreover, the border guard troops also offered free haircuts to the local elderly and children.
It is a part of practical activities in response to the Youth Month 2021.
The programs helped raise awareness of environmental protection.
