PAN’s Editor-in-Chief and Head of the contest’s organizing panel, Major General Doan Xuan Bo, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MB and co-head of the organizing panel, Major General Luu Trung Thai, were also present at the ceremony.
The event was broadcast live on the Military Broadcasting Center (QPVN channel) and livestreamed on PAN’s digital platforms. The program featured reports on the contest and special art performances praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and love for the Fatherland, performed by artists from the Military Music, Song and Dance Theater and children from the Sao Tuoi Tho (Child Stars) Club.

The 4th contest attracted over 500 entries from more than 50 press agencies nationwide. Of these, 45% were submitted by journalists, while 55% came from experts, scholars, senior officials, commanders, and local leaders—affirming the contest’s broad impact and the shared commitment to defending the Party.
On behalf of the GDP’s leadership, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To congratulated the winners, and expressed appreciation to the Party and State leaders, the Central Steering Committee 35, the PCC’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization, the Central Military Commission’s Steering Committee 35, relevant agencies, experts, scientists, and authors for their contributions to the contest’s success.

He affirmed that the awarded works reflect the authors’ wisdom, resolve, creativity, and strong political stance in protecting the Party’s ideological foundation.
As a result, the organizing panel awarded three first prizes, six second prizes, nine third prizes, and 12 consolation prizes, among others.

The jury noted that many theoretical works by scholars clarified the core principles of Marxism–Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought. Notably, there were no significant differences in quality between entries from central and local press agencies.
