The 24th Military Creative Youth Awards received 795 entries from 42 participating units, an increase of 179 entries compared to the 23rd awards, with 777 entries meeting the set criteria.

Through the assessment of the standing organ for the awards, the entries showed quality and effectiveness in various aspects such as defense, security, and socio-economy, proposing many new technical solutions based on the application of digital technology, biotechnology, and new materials. Some initiatives suggested solutions to enhance the training quality, combat readiness capability, and ideological and political education. In addition, the initiatives help foster the upgrade of weapons and equipment; healthcare quality; environmental protection, among others.

The Council discussed and agreed to award the 24th Military Creative Youth Awards to 429 entries, including 6 first, 94 second, 150 third, and 179 encouragement prizes.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau commended and highly appreciated the serious work and responsibility of the standing organ for the awards, the members of the Council, and the specialized scientific councils. Gen. Gau urged the standing organ to collect contributions directly from delegates, supplement the content for reporting to the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Political Affairs, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to prepare for the award ceremony program. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of effective information dissemination to attract more youth union members in the military to participate in the awards.
