Regiment 335 launches contest on Uncle Ho’s soldiers
PANO – Regiment 335 under Division 324 of Military Region 4 organized a contest on Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new period, as part of the activities to mark the 77th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 – 2021) on December 21.
Through the event, the organizing panel expected to raise troops’ awareness of the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in modern time, thus arousing their confidence and aspiration in contributing to the military as well as popularizing the good values and invaluable traditions of the Vietnam People’s Army and the unit.
During the event, three participating teams competed in the three parts of greeting, knowledge, and dissemination of the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new period. Through poems, songs, dramas, and well-trained dances, three teams recalled the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, the 77-year building, combat, and development of the Vietnam People’s Army as well as the virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in modern time.
Many performances vividly reflected the difficulties, hardships, and losses of troops while carrying out combat missions in peacetime. Despite those challenges, they still keep such beautiful virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers as optimism and continuous endeavors to successfully fulfil all assigned missions.
They also highlighted the virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in general and troops of Regiment 335 in particular.
