An overview of the conference |
General Cuong stressed that the year of 2025 would play an important role in the fulfillment of the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress and the 11th Military Party Organization’s Congress, as well as witness Party congresses at all levels in the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Party Congress. Thus, the draft report should closely follow major missions of the military in 2025 and be toward the target of building an elite, streamlined, and strong military in accordance with the on-going plan of the Party to rearrange and streamline the organizational apparatus.
