PANO - The opening ceremony of the 11th Whole Army Television Festival on Sept 9th in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province was broadcast live on the Vietnam National Defense Television (QPVN) channel and the Khanh Hoa Radio and Television .

This year’s week-long festival, jointly organized by the Air Defense-Air Force Service and Military Region 5, will see the competition of nearly 150 reports, 46 documentary films, 13 scientific and educational films and about 90 other programs, all made by more than 110 units in the whole army.

Overview of the press conference

Best TV programs on the armed forces and national defense selected during the festival will be aired on QPVN channel, the Vietnam Television and other local and regional televisions.

The festival is a good opportunity for army television managers and workers to exchange experience, so as to further improve the specific TV programs of the armed forces.

Other interesting activities during the festival include a press conference, an exchange among military television workers, fact-finding trips to some special places in Khanh Hoa province and Naval Region 4.
