Talking with General Department II’s key leaders, the N.A. leader praised the general department’s efforts and achievements in 2021. He hailed the Department's Party Committee for its leadership over subordinate units to accomplish key political missions and pandemic prevention and control. In addition, it made recommendations to higher levels to deal with circumstances in a timely and effective manner. Its contribution was acknowledged and highly appreciated by the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, agencies, and ministries.

All personnel of the general department demonstrated their firm stance and their high sense of responsibility and determination to fulfill assigned missions.
General Department II also advised the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission to issue and realize Resolution 160. Its agencies and units well performed mass mobilization work, contributing to building a strong and transparent Party organization and comprehensively strong and exemplary unit.

In order to fulfill tasks for 2022 and subsequent years, the top legislator asked the general department to fully grasp and effectively carry out resolutions and directives, including the Politburo’s Resolution 48 and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission’s Resolution 160 to meet the requirements in the new situation.
N.A. Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue added that General Department II should continue popularizing the image of its troops and accelerating the implementation of emulation movements. He also urged the general department to build a reliable force that is absolutely loyal to the Party, nation, and people; has firm political and ideological stance; ready to undertake and fulfill tasks assigned by the Party, State, military, and people
