Defense Minister inspects MND’s exhibition space at national achievements exhibition

Joining the delegation were Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), and Major General Nguyen Ba Luc, Deputy Chief of the VPA’s General Staff, among others.

General Phan Van Giang and the delegation examined both indoor and outdoor display areas, encouraged forces on duty, and met with visitors to the exhibition. He highly valued the modern equipment, weapons and defense technologies showcased at the event, while expressing delight at the strong public turnout and the interest shown by international delegations.

The Defense Minister emphasized that the development of Vietnam’s defense industry has fostered trust and enthusiasm, representing contributions recognized by the Party, State, and people. He affirmed that strengthening and modernizing the Vietnam People’s Army is aimed at maintaining peaceful environment and protecting the Fatherland.

General Giang urged the participating units to maintain their sense of responsibility, ensure logistics and technical support, preserve equipment, and provide the best service for the public during the remaining days of the exhibition.
