MND inspects Hai Phong city's Military and Border Guard Commands

Sr. Lt. Gen. Phung Si Tan tours the exhibition space displaying documents for law dissemination in the Hai Phong city's Military Command.

Speaking at the inspecting session, Sr. Lt. Gen. Phung Si Tan praised both units for achieving remarkable outcomes during the implementation of the above-mentioned work.

He required the Party committees and chains-of-command of units to continue strictly observing the Party’s guideline, the State’s policies and laws, higher levels’ directions; fostering the prevention and control of crime and legal violations; seriously maintaining on-duty troops as regulated to ensure absolute safety for the units in all aspects.

Besides, the two units should promote law dissemination and education; enhance effectiveness of grasping and forecasting situations; actively coordinate with relevant forces to address all types of crimes in their stationed areas.

During their task implementation, the units should build specific plans to ensure the efficiency and the handling of violation cases and crime must follow procedures and law.
