Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh welcomed the delegation from the Ministry of Education and Training to the Military Technical Academy and highlighted the Academy's roles in training military technical personnel for the armed forces, educating technical officers for the neighboring countries of Laos and Cambodia, researching and applying military science and technology to enhance the quality of education, training, manufacturing, technology transfer, innovation, and modernization of technical equipment and weaponry.
On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested support from the Ministry of Education and Training for the Military Technical Academy in scientific research and technical training, serving the national industrialization and modernization.
