Military Technical Academy requested to pioneer in digital transformation
PANO - Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, on April 7, visited and inspected scientific research and digital transformation work at the Military Technical Academy.
In acknowledgement of the unit’s achievements in scientific research and digital transformation, the deputy defense minister affirmed that the Military Technical Academy is one of the key schools in science and technology. It is also tasked with training and educating experts and engineers in engineering and technology sector, helping provide high-quality human resources for the military and the country.

At the same time, this is also a key military school in digital transformation. Therefore, the academy needs to well perform set targets. Accordingly, the academy should promote its strengths so as to raise the quality of scientific research and digital transformation, considering it a necessary requirement to effectively implement training and education work, towards leadership in the coming time.
The academy should pioneer in educating and developing human resources in digital transformation in the military, actively conduct research work as scheduled with good quality, among others.
Reportedly, in 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, the training and education, scientific research and digital transformation work in the school was comprehensively implemented in line with military and defense tasks in the current context. The whole academy effectively applied self-developed software to education and training.
Meanwhile, the unit’s scientific research work also saw remarkable outcomes. In 2022, it organized 381 research projects, including nearly 80 defense ministry-level ones, to name but a few.
