Military Youth Board cares for anti-COVID-19 forces
PANO – The Military Youth Board under the General Department of Politics, in coordination with the General Department of Defense Industry’s Political Department, Military Medical Academy’s Political Department, Army Corps 16, and the Tecapro Company, visited and presented gifts to troops on the frontline of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.
At a COVID-19 checkpoint in the area, the Military Youth Board handed over gifts to Thuan Thanh district’s Military Command and Police Station, including 4,800 medical masks and nearly 100 liters of hand sanitizer.

The gifts have contributed to promoting the spirit of “helping each other at difficult times” among military youths, while helping the local armed forces and people overcome difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier, during the COVID-19 outbreaks in 2020, the Military Youth Board also mobilized organizations, units, enterprises and sponsors to support anti-COVID-19 frontline forces with thousands gifts, over 80,000 medical masks, over 5,000 liters of hand sanitizer, 8,400 sets of protective clothing, medical equipment, food and necessities, at a total cost of over VND 7.5 billion.
