In his concluding remarks, Gen. Nghia praised participating forces for their high sense of responsibility and efforts, especially under challenging conditions during the rehearsals. He emphasized that the results so far have demonstrated the military’s discipline, professionalism, and readiness for this politically- and historically-significant event.
To ensure success in upcoming preliminary and full-dress rehearsals as well as the official grand parade, Gen. Nghia instructed all relevant agencies and units to remain highly focused, make thorough preparations, and enhance education among troops to promote high determination for task performance. Special attention should be given to logistics, technical supplies, safety of personnel and equipment, especially in adverse weather conditions, and troops’ spiritual and material life.
He also stressed the importance of addressing shortcomings from past rehearsals and staying on schedule with training plans.
