Viettel has launched a series of promotional programs for anti-COVID-19 front-line forces. Accordingly, health workers, police and military troops, and volunteers working in concentrated quarantine facilities will be given free services, such as 2GB high speed data/day, on-net calls lasting less than 20 minutes, and 50 minutes of off-net calls/month. This preferential package will be available until Vietnam announces the end of the pandemic.

Although increased demand has put significant pressure on telecommunications infrastructure, Viettel is still focusing on improving the quality of the nationwide network and promptly handling unexpected problems.
