Major General Tran Van Vuong speaking at the event |
Major General Tran Van Vuong, Director of the Department of Politics under the GDP, underlined the importance of these resolutions in dealing with many major issues including both fundamental and urgent ones. Therefore, they must firmly grasp the resolutions in order to raise awareness as well as unity of will and action.
Additionally, the GDP’s organs and units should combine the implementation of the resolutions with their active response to other resolutions and directives of the Party and the Politburo, particularly in preventing degradation of political ideology, lifestyle, ethics, and the internal “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” and promoting the implementation of the "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example."
On the same day, the Standing Party Committee of the National Defense Academy held the similar meeting under the chair of its Deputy-Political Commissar, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Tuong.
The gathering aimed to help the participants thoroughly grasp and then apply contents of the resolution in reality, making contributions to their success of task performance.
