Military company receives noble order
PANO - Joint Stock Company X20 under the General Department of Logistics (GDL) of the Vietnam People's Army on February 17 marked its 60th founding anniversary (February 18) and received the third-class Fatherland Protection Order from the State President.
Present at the ceremony were Deputy Defense Minister, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Don; GDL's Director, Lieutenant General Duong Van Ra; and its Political Commissar, Lieutenant General Le Van Hoang.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Don applauded remarkable achievements of the company's staff, workers and laborers over the past 60 years and stressed that socio-economic development of the country together with the requirements of building "a revolutionary, regular, elite, and gradually modernized army" might affect the company's production and mission performance in the time to come. Thus, he urged them to continue thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the Party's resolutions and higher levels' instructions, especially the government project of "arranging, renovating and developing military enterprises in the new context."
In addition, the deputy defense minister asked the company to boost scientific research, technological innovation and applications; improve the management and administrative capability as well as the leadership of Party organizations at all levels so as to fulfill its set targets.
