GS's deputy chief inspects combat readiness posture in Hung Yen

The GS’ deputy chief noted that the Van Giang district Military Command should actively adjusted documents and combat plans, with a focus on key targets, while regularly exchanging information and coordinating with other forces to thoroughly grasp situation, thereby giving advice to higher levels to ensure political security and social order and safety in the locality.
