Accordingly, the combatants competed in nine men’s weight categories and six women’s weight categories.
After 42 matches, the organizers found the 24 best combatants to receive gold, silver, and bronze medals.
The general department-level competition aims to create an arena for units to exchange experiences, to improve troops’ physical fitness, and to seek excellent combatants to join the coming unarmed martial arts competition at the whole-army level.
