GDP’s deputy chief inspects Division 395

Concluding the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To acknowledged and highly praised Division 395 for its achievements. The GDP leader requested the division’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command to continue leading and educating officers and soldiers to deeply understand their missions, while strictly ensuring military discipline and combat readiness. The unit must focus on reviewing and deploying measures to complete all set tasks for the first half of 2026.

In the coming time, the division should effectively direct the management and training of recruits, organize solemn oath-taking ceremonies for troops and assign them to units, conduct training, exercises, and live-fire drills as scheduled with absolute safety, and carefully prepare for the preliminary conference for the first six months and issue resolutions to lead the task performance in the remaining months of the year.

Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To emphasized that the division needs to strictly maintain military discipline, and step up political education and public opinion orientation for troops regarding new, complicated, and sensitive issues.

The unit was requested to effectively implement the directives of Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on “two  consistencies, two accelerations, two preventions, and five strengths” and the “six clears” spirit in executing tasks. Meanwhile, the division needs to focus on building a clean and strong Party organization, improving the quality of cadres, especially young ones, enhancing internal political management, and firmly maintaining solidarity and democracy. The division must also take good care of the material and spiritual life of troops and promote the effectiveness of mass organizations, contributing to building a comprehensively strong division and excellently completing all assigned missions.
