Delegates tour an exhibition of television engineering and technology. |
This year, the organizing board received more than 400 works in four genres, namely categories, reports, educational programs, and documentaries, produced by nearly 140 units in the whole military.
Speaking at the event, the GDP’s deputy chief Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh highlighted the efforts, enthusiasm, passion, and political responsibility of reporters, editors, and technicians. He lauded the organizing panel for objective and accurate evaluation, notably social activities that left deep impression on policy beneficiaries and local people in Military Region 1. Those practical deeds have contributed to strengthening the military-civilian relationship and enriching the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
This year, entries vividly disseminated exemplary individuals in carrying out military and defense tasks, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, building the Party, combating "peaceful evolution" plot, responding to disaster and diseases, conducting mass mobilization work and settlement of post-war legacy.
Gen. Minh asked agencies, units, and television workers in the whole military to continue to raise the quality of television works in terms of contents and forms. Future works must focus on praising the image and qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers and simple but noble exemplary people; popularizing good initiatives, creative and effective models; reflecting the life of troops and activities of the armed forces, contributing to encouraging officers and soldiers to successfully fulfill assigned missions.
