Enlistment drive begins in Tien Giang

During the ceremony, General Nghia inquired after and encouraged new enlistees to continue bringing into play their homeland’s and forefathers’ traditions, strive their best to fulfill all missions assigned by the Party, State and Army.

At a report of the Provincial Council for 2018 Enlistment Drive, all localities of the province have finished delivering new enlistees to local units with absolute safety. According to Senior Colonel Cao Van Mia, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, 100 percent of enlisted youths voluntarily joined the army while 19 percent of them graduated from colleges and universities. Notably, all enlisted youths received gifts from local branches and sectors.
