Meanwhile, the service has strictly implemented six administrative procedures on the protection of defense works and projects and military zones and maintained a quality management system meeting national standards in its agencies and units; among others.
After the inspection, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh required the Naval Service to continue to pay more attention to administrative reform and digital transformation work; promote internal strength and focus on addressing limitations pointed out during the working session.
Also, the service should effectively maintain the activities of the Steering Committee for administrative reform and digital transformation while intensifying checking administrative reform and digital transformation work of its affiliated agencies and units to detect and handle difficulties and inadequacies in a timely manner.
The service should continue to review and promulgate regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships of agencies and units in the service, ensuring the requirements of building a compact, strong, and modern Naval Service.
