Accordingly, after nearly 72 years since its establishment, the newspaper has increasingly developed with remarkable achievements and well performed its task on disseminating information about the country’s and militaries’ events. General Bo underlined that the PAN has promptly reflected the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies and become a forum for the armed forces and people during the national construction and defense cause.

He noted that the PAN’s troops have always remembered and implemented Uncle Ho’s teachings, maintained the mission of the newspaper, actively renewed contents and forms, provided timely and accurate information on activities of the armed forces, the local and central agencies, contributing to building a firm whole-people defense posture and a elite, regular, revolutionary and increasingly modern military.
