The inspection delegation highly appreciated the preparation of Corps 15. The system of documents for shifting to higher combat readiness levels, plans for force maneuver and relocating the command post to evacuation areas, as well as logistics and technical support plans were developed in a thorough and scientific manner. Information and communication support was well ensured, and training courses for commanding officers at all levels were seriously implemented. Party and political work during the combat readiness shifting was also carried out in a synchronized and practical manner, helping to raise responsibility and strengthen the determination of officers and soldiers.

Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ba Luc commended the responsibility and pro-active spirit of the officers and soldiers of Corps 15 in preparing for and conducting the exercise. He requested that in the coming time, the unit continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the military and defense tasks for 2026; regularly review and adjust the system of combat readiness documents and plans; and promptly draw lessons and address any shortcomings or weaknesses.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Ba Luc emphasized that Corps 15 should further improve the quality of regularity building, discipline training, command capabilities, and coordination in handling situations, ensuring no passivity or surprise under any circumstances. At the same time, the corps should pro-actively coordinate closely with local Party committees and authorities to maintain political stability, social order, and safety in the area, contributing to ensuring absolute security for the upcoming election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure.
