In the 2022-2025 period, the party committee has led its affiliates to comprehensively achieve all targets and missions set in the congress’s resolution, with some tasks excellently completed. Attentively, the unit’s quality of research, compilation, and proposal-making has been raised, meeting task requirements. The whole committee has well observed democracy, promoted solidarity and unification, heightened responsibility and exemplary role, showed high determination, overcome difficulties, built a comprehensively strong, exemplary and typical unit, and a healthy and strong Party committee which outstandingly fulfilled all assignments.
At the congress, participants discussed and agreed on the orientations, goals, tasks, and leadership approaches in the 2025-2027 tenure, with a focus on improving research and compilation quality and advisory role.
Speaking at the congress, General Phan Van Giang affirmed that, in the face of increasingly high task requirements, the Party committee of the division has truly promoted solidarity, duty performance, high political determination, and achieved some outstanding outcomes.

To better serve higher levels’ leadership and command work, Gen. Giang asked the division’s Party Committee to further grasp the Party’s guideline and viewpoints, the State’s law on military and defense, and closely follow tasks and functions of the Central Military Commission (CMC) and the MND. It should also be pro-active and acuminous in research and compilation to support the CMC, the CMC’s Standing Board, the MND in leadership to perform its state management function over defense area according to law.
