PANO - Regiment 242 of Military Zone 3 (MZ3) announced on June 19th the Defence Minister’s Decision 1691/QD-BQP issued on May 22nd 2013, on promoting Island Defence Ground Forces Regiment 242 to Island Defence Ground Forces Brigade.

 

On the occasion, the brigade received the “Determination to Win” Military Flag.

The establishment of the brigade was an important landmark of the brigade’s building, combat and development.

Chief of MZ3 High Command appointed the regiment’s five cadres to the brigade’s leaders.
