The Academy's leadership expressed confidence that, under the guidance of the Ministries of National Defense and the General Departments of Political Affairs of both countries, educational cooperation would continue to deepen, helping develop a new generation of capable military officers.

Earlier, the delegation met with the Party Committee of Vientiane Provincial Military Command to exchange experience on improving Party and political work at the grassroots level, strengthening ideological education for troops, and countering misinformation in cyberspace. Major General Soutchay Mahavong, Political Commissar of the Vientiane Provincial Military Command, shared practical experience in mass mobilization and fostering military-civilian relations.
