VPA Chief of the General Staff holds bilateral talks at CHOD-20
PANO – During the 20th Asia Pacific Chiefs of Defense (CHOD-20) Conference in Canada, Senior Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang, member of the Party Central Committee, permanent member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defense Minister, head of the Vietnamese high-ranking military mission to the conference, held bilateral talks with a number of heads of missions.
During these bilateral talks, the Vietnamese mission continued promoting Vietnam’s role and status in the region and the world. This aims at affirming Vietnam’s foreign policy of multi-lateralization and diversification and showing Vietnam’s responsibility in its international integration.
