Vietnamese and German hospitals sign cooperation agreement
PANO - Military Hospital 175 under the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense and Germany’s Bad Schmiadeberg Hospital signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in professional expertise sharing, personnel training and transfer of treatment techniques on October 28 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The signing ceremony took place after the two sides had spent time discussing a number of cooperation orientations and models in order to improve the quality of examination and treatment, and innovate techniques of treatment and caring for patients.
Under the agreement, the two sides commit to transferring advanced medical techniques, opening training courses for medical personnel, doing research on medicine and models combining treatment with relaxation, to name but a few.
According to Mr. Lehmann, General Director of Bad Schmiadeberg Hospital - a leading hospital in Germany, the signing of the agreement will help open more cooperation opportunities for both signatories, contributing to the improved quality of examination and treatment of each side.
