General Nhuong, Deputy Director of the National Assembly’s Committee on National Defense and Security, made that suggestion at his reception in Hanoi on March 6 for a visiting delegation of the Thailand-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarian Group, led by its chief Sakchai Tanaboonchai.
