During the month-long course, 10 officers of the RACF's Center for Military Strategic Studies were provided with contents related to defense strategic studies and military management science. They also joined fact-finding tours to units of Military Region 7, Army Corps 4 and Military Region 4. In addition, they visited some historical and cultural relic sites of Vietnam to learn more about the country and its people, contributing to promoting solidarity and friendship between the two peoples and armies.
Addressing the ceremony, General Quan said that all trainees had successfully fulfilled the course with high academic records. He hoped that the trainees would well apply their acquired knowledge to completing their missions in the time to come.
On behalf of the Cambodian trainees, Lieutenant General Soth Saroeun, senior student at the course, thanked the institute and relevant agencies of the Vietnam Ministry of National Defense for the useful informative course. He believed that the course is significant to the improvement of military capacity for the Cambodian officers and the development of RCAF.
