Refresher course for Lao and Cambodian aviation technical cadets concluded
PANO – The Air Force Officer Candidate School held a graduation ceremony for Lao and Cambodian students from the Aviation Technical College on July 23.

Major General Ngo Vinh Phuc, Rector of the school, attended the ceremony.
The course was conducted in full compliance with the approved curriculum and in line with resolutions and directives on educational and training reform. The school continued to innovate teaching methodologies, expand the application of information technology and simulation-based training, integrate theory with practical instruction, and adopt a learner-centered approach. The school also focused on fostering political stance, morality, discipline, and professional military among the cadets.

Addressing the ceremony, Major General Ngo Vinh Phuc commended the cadets for their dedication and academic achievements. He emphasized that the knowledge and professional skills acquired during the course would provide a solid foundation for them to successfully fulfill their duties upon returning to their respective units.
He encouraged the graduates to continue upholding the qualities of military personnel, effectively apply the obtained knowledge, and contribute to building increasingly regular and modern armed forces in their respective countries. He also expressed his hope that the graduates would serve as bridges to strengthen the traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, as well as between Vietnam and Cambodia.

Speaking on behalf of the graduates, cadet Khammuon of Laos expressed his sincere gratitude to the school's leadership, instructors, and officers for their dedicated teaching and support throughout the course. He affirmed his commitment to making full use of the knowledge and experience to accomplish future assignments while contributing to the solidarity and friendship among Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
