Navies join table-top exercise

Representatives of participating navies listen to regulations of the exercise.

As planned, Chinese naval officers introduced the procedures of the exercise at sea, and briefed participants on commands, signals and secret signs among participating ships.

Practicing moving the ship models

Navigation officers of the naval ships held models of their countries’ ships and moved on a table-top map according to the Chinese side’s presentation, including moving to designated areas, staying at designated areas, practicing the anti-piracy content, moving in formations, and taking aerial photos.

The exercise is taking place on November 21 and 22. So far, Frigate 016-Quang Trung has accomplished preparation work and is ready for the exercise.
