Military medicine training course opens for Cambodian officers
PANO – A training course on military medicine for 20 medical staffs of Intervention Brigade 1 under the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces was held by Division 5 of Military Region 7 (MR7) on March 27 at the Military School of Tay Ninh province.

The five-day course aims to provide trainees with knowledge of emergency aid and healthcare skills. During the course, trainees will also have field trips to military medical stations of Division 5.
The course is part of the contents in the memorandum of understanding in the 2016-2017 period signed between Division 5 (MR7) of the Vietnam People’s Army and Intervention Brigade 1 of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
Via this training course, the organizing panel hoped to raise trainees’ professionalism in medical terms, contributing to ensuring troops’ health as well as fostering friendship and solidarity between the two units in particular and the two militaries in general.
