The cadets made great efforts in studying and improving their professional knowledge; actively researched documents and updated new knowledge; strictly observed Vietnamese law, the discipline of the Vietnam People’s Army, and the academy’s regulations. They also regularly cultivated moral qualities and improved their working methods and style, turning the training process into self-training. As a result, 48.3 percent of the cadets graduated with good and excellent results.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Le Cong Thanh, Deputy Director of the Air Defense - Air Force Academy, congratulated the international cadets. He emphasized that, based on the knowledge acquired at the academy, after returning to their home countries, the graduates should continue studying and improving their professional qualifications during their future service, apply their knowledge to practical tasks, and successfully fulfill assigned duties. He also expressed hope that they would continue contributing to fostering solidarity and friendship among the Vietnam People’s Army, the Lao People’s Army, the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and the peoples of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
